Inflation at Large N; Bounds from One Loop Quantum Corrections

I explore the consequences of the existence of a very large number of light scalar degrees of freedom in the early universe. In particular, I will discuss the effect of the these degrees of freedom on loop corrections to the power spectrum of density fluctuations produced during inflation.
