We demonstrate that Cosmic Microwave Background anisotropies and
galaxy clustering data yield an indication for primordial anisotropies in
the cosmological Neutrino Background. We then derive several cosmological
bounds on Neutrino Physics. The results are discussed and compared with
neutrino oscillation data and upper limits on the effective neutrino mass
from beta decay experiments.
